Our opening flow led by Tiffany of Mehdi Wellness will invite us to:

In savasana we will cozy up to a guided meditation by Sarah BL and bathe in the sound vibrations of various heart-opening instruments including crystal + tibetan bowls, bell and drums. The sound journey invites:
greater levels of relaxation to the physical body
restoration of the nervous system
harmony of the mind, body and soul
Bring your own yoga mat. Blankets, pillows and crystals are welcome to create your own comfortable, sacred space.
