Tiffany Mehdizadeh is a yoga teacher, essence seeker, community builder, and ayurvedic counselor based in Santa Monica, California. Drawn to the mind-body-soul connection, she started practicing yoga in 2008 and, ten years later, began formally studying yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, at Mount Madonna Institute in Northern California.

Since 2016, Tiffany has led yoga + meditation classes, workshops, and events in studios, corporate offices, and retail stores throughout Los Angeles and New York City. She brings heartfelt warmth and loving energy into her classes, which embrace creative sequencing and a dreamy combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles focused on the breath. Her classes are designed to allow students to obtain a deeper, more meaningful connection with themselves and the world around them— allowing for oneness and union beyond the mat.

Tiffany’s ayurvedic practice, built upon her background in Bhakti Yoga, illuminates the subtle balance of physical systems in the body through practical diet and lifestyle techniques. Her clients receive a highly tailored experience that allows them to improve, restore, and maintain their vitality to live life to its fullest expression.

Tiffany gives great thanks to her teachers for being her spiritual anchors and for inspiring her to live a life of loving service.
