Sessions are designed to gently work toward clients’personal goals using movement, breath, and meditation. This one-on-one or group experience is a great way to learn practical yogic principles for transformation both on and off the mat.

Corporate yoga and meditation sessions are suitable for participants of all levels and are designed to provide teams with simple techniques for improving mental clarity, enthusiasm, and overall health. The physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice have been well documented to reduce stress, increase productivity and promote collaboration in the workplace. Taking a pause during the workday for simple movement and breathing will have a noticeable impact on the well being of employees.
